The LC/MS/MS core at Ordway Research Institute, Inc. is proud to offer as a service to our members, affiliates, and clients sample analysis using Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry (LC/MS/MS). Sample analysis including the extraction of biological samples (plasma, urine, tissues, and various others) for low levels of pharmaceutical compounds are routinely performed.
Ordway scientists have over 20 years of bioanalytical experience to assist you with your study needs. Our highly trained staff utilizes an Applied Biosystems MDS/Sciex API5000 mass spectrometer to offer maximum sensitivity for your small molecule applications.
Analytical Core services include:
- Quantitative and/or qualitative sample analysis using LC/MS/MS
- Sample analysis for clinical and non-clinical studies (Dosing through Phase IV)
- GLP Compliance under FDA 21CFR Part 58
- Method Development and Validation
- 96-well sample processing and analysis
Our LC/MS/MS Core provides detailed final reports in our established format or one to meet your specifications.
